How long does installation take?

Installation timelines may vary depending on the site and electrical setup, but once the quotation is approved, most standard installations are completed within approximately 7 days.

Is my EV compatible with Wallbox chargers?

Yes. The Wallbox Pulsar family is compatible with all hybrid and fully electric vehicles. Tethered versions are available with Type 1 or Type 2 connectors. In addition, Pulsar Pro and eM4 are also available in socket versions, allowing any EV with the appropriate cable to be plugged in.

Is the charger weatherproof for outdoor installation?

Yes. Wallbox chargers are rated IP55, meaning they are protected against dust and water, making them suitable for outdoor installation.

How is eM4 different from Pulsar Pro or other Wallbox business chargers?

Different from the rest of our AC chargers, eM4 targets the semi-public sector, aiming to profit from selling energy through EV charging. For that, it integrates an MID meter for customers invested in charging services, as well as many features to offer a smooth charging experience for EV drivers.

Additionally, eM4 features a dual-socket configuration, enabling two EVs to charge at the same time from one charger — maximizing utilization and lowering total cost of ownership (TCO). What warranty is included with Wallbox chargers?

Pulsar Max includes a 5-year warranty. All other Wallbox products include a 3-year warranty, providing long-term reliability and peace of mind.
