Is my EV compatible with Pulsar Pro?

Yes! Our Pulsar Pro is compatible with any hybrid and electric car. Wallbox has tethered Type 1 connector which is the standard for the majority of OEMs and Tesla vehicles are also compatible with a Tesla-provided adapter

Can I manage charging sessions with the myWallbox app?

Absolutely! You have the freedom to establish, remove, and edit scheduled charging sessions for your Wallbox charger via our app, regardless of your location. Whether you're near the charger and using Bluetooth or accessing it remotely via Wi-Fi, you're covered. With the myWallbox app, you gain the ability to oversee your charger's status and plan your charging during periods of low energy costs. Ready to begin? Do Electric Vehicles use AC or DC?

There are two kinds of 'fuels' that can be used in electric cars. They're called alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) power. The power that comes from the grid is always AC. However, batteries, like the one in your EV, can only store power as DC. That's why most electronic devices have a converter built into the plug. You may not realize it but every time you're charging a device such as your smartphone, the plug is actually converting AC power to DC.
