Your Wallbox EV charger will be installed by one of our certified installation partners. Our installers have undergone training by our team of professional engineers. They have in depth knowledge of our products and will ensure your charger is installed correctly and safely.
All our installation packs include the necessary materials to carry out the installation, the only difference is the wiring footage included in each pack. Note that installation packs do not include the charger.
1. Place your order
Add the installation package to the cart along with the charger you like the most. In the checkout process we will ask you for all the necessary information, such as address, contact information, date and time availability, etc.
2. We schedule an appointment
Our team will contact you within the next 48 hours to confirm the installation.
3. We install your charger
Our certified installer will visit you to carry out the installation.
If you need a pack that is not the one you purchased, Wallbox will contact you to arrange the corresponding refund or payment of the difference so that the installer can continue with the installation.

If you are not the owner of the parking space, you need permission from the owner of the building in order to carry out the installation. We do not check this at the point of purchase, so it is your responsibility to ensure you have permission before your installation.
Only qualified technicians can manage the charger and carry out the electrical installation. The warranty will be automatically deactivated if the charger is manipulated by a non-qualified person. That is why we recommend adding the installation to your purchase.
The installation pack for 10 meters, which can be considered the most common, shouldn’t take more than four hours.
This could be extended if there are unforeseen complications.
