Wallbox to Showcase New Supernova 180 and Pulsar Pro EV Chargers at NADA 2024

Mountain View, Calif, January 30, 2024 Wallbox, (NYSE:WBX) a global leader in electric vehicle (“EV”) charging and energy management solutions, today announced that it will be showcasing its new Supernova 180 and Pulsar Pro EV chargers at this year’s National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Supernova 180 DC fast charger has been tailored specifically to support the needs of the North American market, with an innovative modular approach to ensure optimal reliability and to improve the cost and ease of installation and maintenance. Supernova will support up to 180 kW of charging power, meaning it can add 100 miles of range in under 10 minutes, and its reduced footprint opens up more sites to fast charging opportunities even in places with limited space and power such as gas stations, high-power charge hubs, car dealerships and shopping malls. Supernova has the ability to charge two EVs concurrently with split-charge configurations, is interoperable with all vehicle makes, models, and charging standards including CCS and NACS, and offers limitless customizable branding options.

Pulsar Pro, the company's latest AC charger, will also be showcased during the Conference. A game-changer for the company, it is Wallbox’s first North American AC charger completely dedicated for use in shared spaces such as apartments, businesses, hotels and parking decks, among others. The Pulsar family was born from a need to make home EV charging smarter, faster and, ultimately, better. Pulsar Pro takes the best of Pulsar Plus and sets a new standard for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and intelligent charging experiences thanks to RFID access and expanding energy management. It is also one of the few AC chargers on the market that is capable of enabling ISO-15118 to ensure it is future-proofed to handle V2G and Plug and Charge software functionalities.

The NADA Conference is one of the premier North American automotive events of the year,” said Erik Fogelberg, General Manager of North America for Wallbox.  “We are very excited to have the opportunity to unveil our two new highly anticipated products at such a marquee event.”

Supernova 180, Pulsar Pro, Pulsar Plus and a range of the company's energy management solutions will all be on display at NADA in Las Vegas this 1 - 4 February at Booth 2654W.
