It has also received several international accolades that have contributed greatly to strengthening its reputation as a world-class product and a game-changer for the electromobility industry.
Wallbox Quasar was engineered to transform electric vehicles (EV) into powerful energy sources. The bidirectional charging technology allows users to charge and discharge EV to power their home or the grid with their car battery. The proprietary bidirectional technology unlocks EV by converting it into an energy storage unit that can replace or add capacity to a home battery. The EV can power the user’s home or vert energy back into the grid. The award will be presented at an award ceremony on 19 February, 2021, in Frankfurt am Main as part of the Ambiente 2021 trade fair.
